Who We Are

Life Church Okehampton was planted in 1982.

Located in the heart of Okehampton, we have existed as part of the community for over 40 years, seeking to provide support and encouragement to people of all ages from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. Our church family are a vibrant community of believers and we endeavour to provide a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels accepted and part of the “family.”

We are a Pentecostal movement that believes that every individual can and should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Dedicated to loving Jesus and loving people, we believe in the transformative power of faith and the strength that comes from building authentic connections with one another.

Our services are filled with the joy of community, heartfelt worship, and a life-changing message from God's Word.

For the younger members of our community, we have an exciting children’s church, a place where children experience the love of Jesus in a fun and engaging way, fostering a strong foundation for their faith journey.

Our facilities extend to a DIY Creche for precious little ones on the upper floor with a video relay link.

Additionally our Children and Youth ministry - Supergang Kids Club and Street Level Youth Group - are designed to connect, learn, and grow in their relationship with God and each other. We believe in empowering the next generation to live out their faith boldly and make a positive impact in their communities.
